Arvind is the Senior Partner of Elliotts Shah. He has extensive experience dealing with complex business structures. His areas of expertise include:

• Financial Reporting and disclosures;
• Groups of Companies including re-structuring;
• Listing of shares on the markets;
• Advice on mergers, consolidations, acquisitions and disposals.

In addition Arvind has developed good working relationships with several banks and other lenders and can draw on his experience to secure support for viable businesses from the Banks.

Manoj Haria

Manoj has twenty years’ experience dealing with corporate clients of all sizes.

He specialises in the property sector and more recently branched out in looking after early stage medical entities and those involved in storage of stem cells (Cyrogenics). He has considerable experience in Assurance Services, Financial Reporting, consolidating accounts, including dealing with complex group corporation tax. Obligations and compliance matters involving many companies.

Manoj brings with him knowledge and experience in dealing corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Nathalie Yip

Nathalie brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing assurance and corporate taxation services to businesses involved in design and manufacturers of kitchens, supply of telecommunications including internet services, early stage ‘crowd funded’ provider of electrical appliances linked to remote operation via mobile devices, and commercial and residential Real Estate corporations of all sizes.

Nathalie works timelessly in ensuring that she and her team provide a professional timely service year in year out.

William Wan

William has nearly twenty years of experience and spent a number of years working in Hong Kong before returning to the UK.

He has in-depth knowledge specialising in assurance and corporate tax services to UK subsidiaries of overseas listed companies in East Asia.

As for the UK based businesses, William specialises in providing assurance and corporate tax services in the telecoms, recruitment, property and stock broking and fundraising sectors.

William’s work ethic is one of providing a first class service to the clients and ensuring timelines are adhered to by him and his team.

Pranav Raghvani

Pranav joined the firm in 2014 and was made a partner in 2021 where he manages a diverse range of clients. He often works along side the current partners, where he has gained considerable experience and now assists in helping families and owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and small and medium corporate start-ups ranging from property, telecoms, professional firms and financial services, where he provides the full range of audit, accounting and tax services.

Outside of work, Pranav spends his time with his family including his four year old son and is a keen sports person who is always ready to keep fit.

Joel Field

Joel has over 20 years of experience working in practice with clients across a range of business sectors including those in the retail, telecommunications, real estate and construction industries.

He works closely with clients for their accounting, taxation and reporting requirements. His areas of expertise include statutory audits, financial reporting and taxation services for corporate groups, management reporting services, company statutory compliance, due diligence assurance reports for taxation compliance and business valuation services.

Joel is an accomplished golfer representing teams at a County level, having competed in national competitions and continues to enjoy the social aspects of the game.
